quick september update

Just a quick update before I go back to bed. I saw the SIRS and mold specialist yesterday. We reviewed my past treatment and my current, the treatment plan I devised from natural herbs and essential oils. The doctor told me that my treatment plan was very good and I should stay on it. Since I was unable to tolerate cholestyramine, she suggested I try welchol. It is similar but comes in pill form and only works for 25% of patients who suffer from SIRS and mycotoxins. But, we decided to treat my epstein barr virus first. Valcyclovir, here we come. The valcyclovir is supposed to put the epstein barr virus in remission. (you know, I never thought I would say remission unless it was cancer related but here we are. just goes to show how serious these illnesses are, no cure)

The doctor agreed I should try a low thiol diet because it might help and won’t hurt. So, I will start that diet again soon. I also decided to add kombucha to my daily diet for its many health properties. I decided to home brew because $5 a bottle is way too much. I highly recommend home brewing. It is easy and therapeutic. If you need supplies, I would buy from The Kombucha Shop. They provide all organic ingredients, easy to follow instructions and everything is made in the US. TKS is based out of Madison, Wisconsin. They support local and regional businesses. Customer service is always there to help with any questions or concerns. You can use code TKS15 to save 15% off your order. (I am not affiliated in any way with TKS, except as a consumer)

I am scheduled for a liver scan next month, among other doctor visits. That is it.

Wishing you all love, health and happiness.
